It seems that this is a glitch that they know about and has been discussed in their forums. Phone calls do not disconnect for as much as 2 minutes after the call ends, and you get charged accordingly. Even if you disconnect before someone answers it keeps on ringing and you get charged for the call. Jajah are cooperative and refund money if you complain, but you cant keep contacting them after ecery call. I use it everyday and it works absolutely fine, immediate callback and excellent sound quality. But a worldwide technical infrastructure is based on other partner networks as well and there may occur problems in certain areas where we are not aware of and we gotta fix that and I will immediately report the problem.
